The group of producers and merchants that
supply JB VIANDE are mainly located
in the north of France and Bretagne.
For special requests, the piglets are supplied by
neighbouring production basins (Belgium,
Germany, Netherlands).

Our tracking system consists of:
- Identification of each carcass
(possibility of finding the name of the breeder).
From birth, ear tag identification, unique to each farm, facilitates tracking and following of the chain.

Safety controls are performed at several levels: :
- The preventive control of sanitary risks concerning breeding, loading, and arrival at the slaughterhouse
is verified by a veterinarian who delivers accompanying sanitary documentation. |

- At the time of slaughtering, inspections of the carcasses
and of the cold chain, as well as bacteriological controls
are carried out by veterinarians and official agents according to regulations.
- Temperature recorders validate the respect of the cold chain.
- Periodic bacteriological analysis authenticates the safety of the
product
Fruges’ Slaughterhouses and Cutting and Freezing Shops of
Saint-Martin are registered in several countries.. |
